We are pleased to announce a new 5-year fixed mortgage in our range.

This gives brokers another flexible way to support clients.

Features:
• 5-year fixed rate, followed by the Perenna Reversion Rate (PRR)
• Rates starting from 4.68%
• 10% annual overpayment allowance
• Flexible ERCs – no charges if your client sells, moves, or repays with their own funds
• Up to 6x income at 95% LTV, no maximum age (subject to criteria)

This new product gives you another option to help clients access flexibility with structure. Alongside our 7, 10, and 15-year fixed products, Perenna continues to provide simple, transparent long-term solutions.
