Fees and Charges
- Where a Product Fee applies, this can either be added to the loan (up to a maximum 95% LTV), OR it can be deducted from the advance at completion.
- Remortgage products include a free basic valuation for mortgage purposes only.
- Remortgage products include fees assisted legal work.
- Purchase products are subject to a valuation fee as per our tariff of mortgage charges.
- Purchase application legal fees are payable by the customer to their chosen conveyancer. Please check that their conveyancer is on our legal panel using the search tool on our ‘Solicitor Panel’ page
- Where applicable, early repayment charges apply for five years from the date of legal completion. The amount of charge is based on a percentage of the value of the loan amount repaid.
