Need to make a complaint?

If your customer wishes to make a complaint regarding Perenna or the service we have provided they can contact us using the following details. Alternatively, after completion they can do this directly through their customer portal.

If you are not happy about Perenna services, people, or an application, you can email us, call the Intermediary Support Team, or call your Business Development Manager.
