You may have spotted it on our socials – on 27th November, our team joined advisers, business owners, and introducers at the ICC in Birmingham to celebrate 25 years of Mortgage Advice Bureau at the MAB Conference. 

It was a busy day full of insight, learning, and conversations about the future of mortgage advice. 

Advisers visited stands, caught up with lenders and providers, and joined quick seminars on the trends set to shape the intermediary market in 2025. 

Our team spent the day with advisers, showing how Perenna’s 7–15 year fixed-rate mortgages give clients certainty and flexibility. Long-term stability is still a top priority for brokers and their clients. 

Our branded giveaways were a hit, with stress balls and playing cards flying off the stand first – proving that a little fun goes a long way in starting conversations! 

And then there was our balloon walkaround. It didn’t just turn heads – it got people talking! It was the perfect way to spark conversations and showcase Perenna’s bold presence across the venue (watch this space on LinkedIn for more highlights)!
